Youlie Warda is a licensed physiotherapist specialized in Pain Management and Pelvic Health. Her academic foundation began with a Bachelor’s in Physiotherapy, followed by a Master’s degree in Osteopathic Manual Therapy from the Lebanese University, where she developed expertise in manual therapy techniques and comprehensive whole-body assessments that view the body as an interconnected system.
Through her clinical work, Youlie noticed that many physical symptoms were often expressions of underlying emotional distress. This insight led her to pursue a second Master’s degree in Psychosomatic Support, allowing her to integrate mind–body principles into her treatments. This added dimension gave her the tools to listen beyond the surface and support patients in a more comprehensive way.
Youlie has developed a special interest in pelvic health, working closely with women across all stages of life (pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause). She earned her advanced certification through the APTA Academy, allowing her to assess and treat pelvic floor dysfunction as part of her broader physiotherapy practice.
At KINETIKA, Youlie draws on the full scope of her training in a setting that reflects her commitment to thoughtful, patient-centred care. Whether addressing chronic pain, neuromusculoskeletal conditions, or pelvic floor dysfunction, her focus remains the same: treat the person, not just the symptom.
Outside of work, Youlie finds balance through movement and creativity. She enjoys dancing, stretching, hiking, reading, and painting. She believes that staying active and connected to nature is essential to living an energized life and encourages her patients to embrace these principles to support their physical and mental well-being.
