Custom-Made Insoles · Dubai
Combining clinical expertise, gait analysis, and Podiatech technology, our custom insoles are designed to address your unique biomechanics and support long-term foot health.
A full biomechanical assessment of your posture, gait, and pressure distribution, then insoles molded on-site to match what we find.
Book AssessmentWhen custom insoles help
Your feet are the base of a long kinetic chain. When they collapse, over-pronate, or distribute pressure unevenly, the effects show up in your knees, hips, and lower back long before they show up as foot pain.
Plantar fasciitis, flat feet, high arches, or pain that’s sharp in the morning and eases as you move.
Mysterious pain on one side, often traced back to gait asymmetry or pronation, not the joint itself.
You’re on your feet for work. By 4pm your legs feel done before your day is.
Runners, padel players, golfers: insoles support the repetitive loading that wears tissue down.
Recovering from a foot or ankle procedure? Insoles protect the repair and restore symmetrical loading.
Off-loading pressure points without surgery, giving inflamed tissue a chance to calm down.
What are custom insoles?
Custom insoles are shaped to your exact foot and how it moves. They realign pressure, correct gait inefficiencies, and give tissue the support it needs to calm down, heal, and perform.

Our process
Traditional orthotics take weeks. We’ve built ours around same-day turnaround so you leave walking in the support you came for.
Full biomechanical screen: posture, gait, joint mobility, and a symptom history with your physiotherapist.
We scan how your foot distributes weight standing and walking, and spot asymmetries you’d never notice yourself.
Thermoform molding to your exact arch, heel, and forefoot, tuned for your sport, your job, or your daily life.
Fitted in your shoes, tested and adjusted on the spot. Follow-up 4-6 weeks later to refine as your body adapts.
The technology
We use Podiatech systems, the same equipment used in clinical podiatry settings across France and Italy. It combines static and dynamic foot assessment with precision 3D molding, so the insole that lands in your shoe was built around data, not a visual guess.
And because the assessment is run by a trained physiotherapist, not a retail technician, we look at your feet in the context of your whole body. The knee pain or the back tightness gets considered alongside the foot scan.
Glass-topped platform that shows exactly where your weight lands. We identify flat arches, pronation, supination, and pressure hotspots in real time.
We record how pressure shifts through each phase of your gait (heel strike, mid-stance, push-off) and spot asymmetries that static scans miss.
Medical-grade insole blanks heat-molded to your exact foot shape. Firm where you need support, soft where you need cushioning.
Running insole, padel insole, work-boot insole, dress-shoe insole: all built from the same scan, tuned for each use case.
Who we help
Custom insoles aren’t a niche product for elite runners or chronic pain sufferers. They’re for anyone whose feet are load-bearing most of the day, which is most of us.
Shin splints, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinopathy: most are load-management problems at the foot.
Nurses, teachers, hospitality staff, chefs: your feet log more steps in a shift than most athletes do in training.
Insoles control pronation during sharp direction changes that cause ankle and knee strain.
After foot, ankle, or knee surgery, insoles offload the healing tissue and restore symmetrical loading.
Sometimes the knee isn’t the problem. When your arch collapses, your whole chain compensates.
Severs’, Osgood-Schlatter’s, flat feet: young athletes often need support during growth spurts.

We coordinate with your doctor, dentist or surgeon when needed, and our team speaks English, Arabic and French.
Common questions
Your first appointment is 45 minutes to an hour. That’s assessment, scan, molding, and fitting. You walk out with your insoles the same day. We do a follow-up 4-6 weeks later to fine-tune as your body adapts.
No referral needed. Many people come in on their own, but we’re also happy to work alongside your GP, podiatrist, or orthopaedic surgeon if one is involved.
Many Dubai insurance plans cover custom orthotics when prescribed by a physiotherapist. WhatsApp us your policy details and we’ll confirm coverage before you book.
Typically 12-18 months of daily use, longer if you rotate between pairs. We offer re-molds and adjustments at a reduced rate so you’re not paying full price each time.
Yes, this is one of the advantages of same-day molding. We can make multiple pairs in one session: a pair for running, a pair for work shoes, a pair for hiking or sport.
A bit. Think new glasses. Your feet and posture have adapted around the imbalance, so correcting it feels different for the first few days. We guide you through a break-in schedule: a few hours a day, building up over two weeks.
Not at all. Knee, hip, and lower back pain often traces back to how the foot loads. If your biomechanics are contributing, insoles may be part of the solution, which is exactly what the assessment is designed to find out.
