Common Women's Health Conditions We Treat
Stress Urinary Incontinence
Leaking with coughing, sneezing, or exercise , driven by weakened or poorly coordinated pelvic floor muscles. Highly responsive to targeted physiotherapy.
Pelvic Organ Prolapse
When the bladder, uterus, or rectum descends into the vaginal canal, causing pressure, heaviness, or bulging. Pelvic floor rehabilitation can significantly reduce symptoms.
Postnatal Recovery
Pregnancy and birth stress the pelvic floor, abdominal wall, and spine. We address diastasis recti, pelvic floor weakness, and return-to-activity planning.
Pelvic Pain & Dyspareunia
Persistent pelvic pain, pain during intercourse, or vulvodynia can stem from pelvic floor hypertonicity, nerve sensitivity, or scar tissue , all of which physiotherapy can address.
Endometriosis-Related Pain
Physiotherapy helps manage the musculoskeletal and pelvic floor components of endometriosis pain, improving quality of life between and after surgical interventions.
Antenatal Preparation
Preparing the pelvic floor and core for birth reduces recovery time and the risk of complications postpartum.

Completely. Your consultation is one-on-one with our women's health physiotherapist in a private, clinical environment. Everything discussed and examined is confidential.
No referral is required. You can book directly. However, if you're experiencing significant symptoms we'll work alongside your GP or specialist as appropriate.
An internal examination provides the most accurate assessment of pelvic floor function, but it's always optional and performed only with your full, informed consent. Many patients can be assessed and treated effectively without one.
