Frequently Asked Questions

In most cases, no. We use relative rest , modifying the parts of training that aggravate the tissue while keeping the rest. Fitness doesn’t need to drop off while you recover.

Depends on the injury. Muscle strains: 2–6 weeks. Tendinopathies: 8–12 weeks. Ligament injuries and post-op: 3–9 months. We’ll give you a realistic timeline after the first session.

Absolutely. With your permission, we’ll liaise with your coach, club medical team, or S&C so the rehab plan integrates with your training , not fights against it.

Sports rehab goes further. Beyond calming symptoms, we load the tissue to sport-specific demands and test objective return-to-sport criteria before we let you back in.
