Pain Management & Chronic Conditions

— min read

Pain is one of the most common reasons people seek help. It can stem from injuries, health conditions, emotional stress, or even past trauma. Some pain resolves as the body heals (acute pain), while other types can persist for months or even years, becoming a condition of its own (chronic pain). Our multimodal approach to pain relief combines manual therapy, exercise-based rehabilitation, and advanced technology to help you understand your body, ease your pain, and regain freedom in daily life. Whether your pain is acute or chronic, our goal is to guide you through it, helping you find relief and rebuild trust in your body. With a compassionate, whole-person approach and deep clinical insight, our physiotherapists create care plans tailored to your unique needs and goals.

Types
of Pain We Treat

By Duration

Acute Pain: Short-term pain from injury, surgery , or inflammation . Subacute Pain : Lasts a few weeks, often part of recovery but still needs care. Chronic Pain: Persists for more than three months, often involving the nervous system.

By Mechanism

Tissue-Related Pain : Caused by strain, injury, or inflammation in muscles, joints, or ligaments. Nerve Pain: Caused by irritation or damage to nerves, often burning or tingling. Nervous System Sensitization: When the body becomes more sensitive to pain without clear injury (as in fibromyalgia or chronic fatigue).

By Origin

Musculoskeletal Pain : From muscles, joints, bones, or posture issues. Visceral Pain : Comes from internal organs like the bladder, uterus, or intestines. Referred Pain: Felt in one area but coming from another source in the body.

More Than Symptom Relief

We don’t just numb your pain, we calm, retrain, and rewire your nervous system working with your body’s natural healing abilities and your brain’s capacity to reshape.

Whole‑Person Approach

Pain is personal, and so is our approach to your care. We don’t treat a diagnosis, we listen to your story, understand your experience, and build a plan that truly fits you.

Comprehensive Evaluation

Each treatment plan begins with a full-body assessment looking at posture, movement, pain patterns, and psychosocial factors to focus on what truly matters, not just what hurts.

Interdisciplinary Collaboration

We collaborate with your physicians, psychologists, and specialists when needed, to support complex pain presentations with a unified, holistic plan.

Empowered Progress

We guide you step-by-step, always respecting your limits while helping you rediscover strength, ease, and trust in your body.

Restorative Path

Your recovery is guided by skilled specialists who use advanced, non-invasive technology and evidence-based techniques. Healing happens safely, effectively, and without side effects.

Skull Vibration Test

The Skull Vibration Test uses a gentle vibration behind the ear to stimulate the balance organs of your inner ear and detect if there’s a difference between the left and right sides. It is often used as a simple but powerful screening tool when dizziness or imbalance seems one-sided.

Videonystagmoscope (VNS)

VNS is a diagnostic tool that uses infrared video goggles to directly observe and analyse eye movements in real time. Since the eyes and inner ear are functionally linked, monitoring these movements helps determine whether a patient’s dizziness or imbalance is related to peripheral vestibular dysfunction or central causes.

Video Head Impulse Test (VHIT)

The VHIT evaluates how well your vestibulo-ocular reflex (VOR) is working — the reflex that keeps your eyes steady when your head moves. It helps us determine whether your inner ear canals are functioning properly, especially when you feel dizzy or unfocused during quick movements.
