Youlie Warda

Youlie Warda is a licensed physiotherapist specialised in pain management and pelvic health. Her academic foundation began with a Bachelor's in Physiotherapy, followed by a Master's degree in Osteopathic Manual Therapy from the Lebanese University, where she developed strong expertise in manual therapy and comprehensive assessments that consider the body as an interconnected system rather than isolated regions, including the use of visceral mobilisation techniques.

Through her clinical work, she observed that many physical symptoms were closely linked to emotional and psychosocial factors. This insight led her to pursue a second Master's degree in Psychosomatic Support, allowing her to integrate mind–body principles into her treatments and more effectively support patients with complex or persistent conditions.

In her clinical practice, Youlie treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions affecting all areas of the body in patients of all genders, with a particular focus on supporting women during pregnancy, postpartum, and menopause. Her approach goes beyond symptom-based treatment, aiming to identify underlying contributors to pain and dysfunction through detailed assessment and individualised care.

A core part of Youlie's work is patient education and exercise-based rehabilitation. She places strong emphasis on helping patients understand their condition, build body awareness, and take an active role in their recovery to achieve better outcomes.

Alongside her general musculoskeletal practice, Youlie developed a particular interest in pelvic health and completed advanced training through the APTA Academy, enabling her to assess and treat pelvic floor dysfunction.
