No — and in fact, that’s the whole point. Wellness work is designed for people who aren’t in acute pain but want to stay that way. The earlier you start, the more we can prevent.

A good PT or gym is part of a healthy lifestyle. Our wellness work is clinical — we screen for movement deficits, joint issues, and injury risk, and we prescribe based on that. Many of our clients use both us and a PT in parallel.

Usually an initial screen and plan, then periodic check-ins every 4–8 weeks depending on your goals. Most of the work you do on your own with the programme we build.

Yes — that’s where our 3D Movement Analysis and sport-specific coaching come in. We’ll tailor the wellness plan to what your sport demands of your body.

Most insurance covers assessments and treatment when there’s a clinical reason. Purely preventive wellness may be out-of-pocket — we’ll be upfront about this at your first session.
